Returns & Refunds

I hope you love your EV. piece as much as I loved making it.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned with its original packaging.
• Be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your return.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and a few photos so I can help you as quickly as possible.

A small note

Every EV. piece is handmade in small batches, one stitch at a time. Small variations are part of the handmade process and make every piece unique. They are not considered defects.
