Are all EV. bags handmade?
Yes. Every EV. piece is handmade by me in Germany, one stitch at a time. Because each bag is crafted by hand, slight variations make every piece truly unique.
How long will my order take?
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 4 business days.
Delivery times:
- Germany: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–8 business days
If your piece is already in stock, it may be shipped sooner.
Where do you ship?
At the moment, EV. ships to Germany and countries within the European Union.
I hope to expand to more destinations in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
- Germany: €6.99
- European Union: €14.90

Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition.

How do I care for my bag?
To keep your EV. piece looking its best:
- Spot clean with a damp cloth.
- Do not machine wash.
- Allow to air dry naturally.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Can I request a custom bag?
At the moment, I focus on creating small collections and do not offer custom orders.
